Payment and claims information — billing records, and details needed to process CHAS, Medisave, CDA (Baby Bonus), insurance or other claims on your behalf.

Dental laboratories, specialists and other healthcare providers involved in your care or onward referral;

Retention

We retain patient records for as long as necessary to provide care and to meet legal, regulatory and professional requirements applicable to healthcare providers in Singapore. Personal data that is no longer required is securely disposed of.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data in our care against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

Access and correction
