Financial Assistance – Installment Plans, Medisave, CDA, CHAS, Dental Insurance
Braces is a long-term commitment, and our mission is to provide affordable quality braces to everyone. At Neo Smiles, there are many dental subsidies and support schemes available for your treatments with us. Some of the most common include CHAS Dental and Medisave.
1. Braces Installment Plans
At Neo Smiles, we provide easy in-house braces instalment plans for all our braces and Invisalign packages. This can range from traditional metal braces to Invisalign treatments. When you sign up for any braces package, you will only need to pay an easy down payment (based on the type of braces treatment). Subsequently during your regular review sessions, you only need to make simple instalments, starting from $200.
We can also provide customised instalment plans based on your profile and circumstances.
2. Medisave
Medisave is a Singapore medical savings scheme to help citizens and PRs meet their future personal or immediate family’s hospitalisation, day surgery and certain outpatient expenses.
At Neo Smiles, Medisave can be used for wisdom tooth surgery, & dental implants. In particular, wisdom tooth surgery can be fully cashless (meaning it can be fully paid for using Medisave; no upfront cash is needed) as we will submit the claims on your behalf.
Braces, or Orthodontic Treatment, as it is an elective treatment, is currently not supported under Medisave treatments.

3. Baby Bonus Scheme / Child Development Account (CDA)
Baby Bonus Scheme / Child Development Accounts helps to reduce the financial burden of raising kids. You can use the savings in the CDA to pay for educational and healthcare expenses of your children. You can also use your Baby Bonus on the siblings’ dental treatments.
At Neo Smiles, you can use your child’s CDA to pay for all your children’s dental costs, including braces packages. Simply bring your CDA card (similar to a NETS card) when making payment.

4. Pioneer Generation (PG), Merdeka & CHAS Dental Subsidies
The Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) allows Singapore Citizens from lower- to middle-income households, and all Pioneers, to receive subsidies for dental care as CHAS-accredited dental clinics.
As Neo Smiles Dental Studio is a CHAS-accredited dental clinic, you will be able to enjoy CHAS subsidies for your dental treatments with us. There are two CHAS categories: Orange and Blue.
Certain dental treatments are not eligible for subsidies under CHAS Orange.
To receive your CHAS dental subsidies, please present your valid Health Assist card & NRIC upon registration.

Since 1 November 2019, Merdeka Generation dental subsidies are also available.

5. Dental Insurance
At Neo Smiles, Dental Insurance can be used for all applicable dental treatments, depending on your insurance coverage. Often wisdom tooth surgery, sedation, & dental implants and even orthodontic treatments are available for coverage under dental insurance. Some of the dental insurance coverage include AIA, NTUC, Cigna. Do check in with your insurance coverage today
6. Parkway-Shenton Panel Clinic
Neo Smiles Dental Group is part of the Parkway-Shenton panel of dental clinics. If you are covered under your employer’s Parkway-Shenton dental coverage, you may be eligible for subsidised coverage for certain dental procedures, or even cashless transactions (depending on your treatment type). Remember to bring along your physical / ecard to verify your eligibility.
